Woodbolt Distribution, operating under the name Nutrabolt, the parent company of the XTEND brand, has settled a class-action lawsuit concerning false advertising of their XTEND workout powders. The company has agreed to pay a total of $3,000,000, which includes lawyer and court fees, to resolve the claims against them.
Each eligible class action claimant or member can receive reimbursement for their purchases of XTEND supplement products at a rate of $0.50 per product. The maximum reimbursement per household will be set as follows:
